The consultation allows me to get more information to build out the first workout together. Exercise history, goals, current nutrition/sleep/stress, workout schedule, etc, allows me to get a better idea how I can best serve you.

Because you're a unique individual with different, fitness level, health history and goals. We personal each workout program by also taking into account your access to equipment, schedule and exercise frequency.

I teach everyone I work with the everything they need to properly execute their workout program. I work with people In-person for a period of time before they are ready to continue on their own. Then you will have access to a shared document where I can write and monitor your workout program and see details you add like the weights you used, difficulty and any other important information your coach should know. 

No, our programs are designed for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, our programs are designed to meet you where you are now and take you to where you want to go. Our goal is to support you on your fitness journey regardless of your starting point.

We offer on-site and off-site training options. 1-on-1 In-Person Training sessions go from $80-$100 an hour. We offer discounts when purchasing 6 sessions at a time and 12 at a time. We also have a fully remote program and coaching system that only costs $200 per month. Discuss options to determine the best fit for goals, needs, schedule and budget.
